Is a general B contracting firm founded in 1990 by Kathleen A Gevertz specializing in luxury remodeling projects throughout the Bay Area, primarily focusing on San Francisco. We have a long history of exceptional residential construction projects throughout our firm’s three decades of design and construction experience. KAG Designs and Construction functions as the general contractor of record but, most importantly, acts as the owner’s representative. We serve as the single point of contact between the client and the necessary subcontractors to complete a remodeling project. We work diligently to inform our clients of the project status and ensure effective communication and collaboration during all project phases. We schedule weekly on-site meetings with our clients so they are well-informed and benefit from an enjoyable experience from conception to completion.
